  • What do I need to rent equipment?

    To rent equipment, you'll need to provide a valid driver's license or government-issued ID, along with a major credit or debit card. For certain equipment, we may also require proof of insurance or a certificate of liability.
  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes, we do require a security deposit. The amount varies depending on the type of equipment and the duration of the rental. Upon returning the equipment in satisfactory condition, your deposit will be refunded.
  • How long can I rent equipment?

    We provide flexible rental periods, including hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly options. For extended rentals, you may be eligible for reduced rates.
  • Do you offer delivery and pickup?

    Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services for most of our equipment. The fees for these services vary based on the distance and the type of equipment being transported.
  • Is training provided on how to use the equipment?

    We provide basic operating instructions and safety guidelines when you pick up the equipment. For more complex or specialized machinery, additional training or certification may be necessary.
  • What happens if the equipment breaks down during my rental?

    If equipment malfunctions during your rental, cease operation immediately and contact us. We'll guide you through troubleshooting and, if needed, arrange for a replacement or send a service technician, depending on the circumstances.
  • Am I responsible for fuel or consumables?

    Customers are responsible for fuel and consumables. Gas-powered equipment should be returned with a full tank unless you opt for our refueling service. Additional charges may apply for consumables such as blades, bits, propane, or chain oil.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for cancellations. Reservations for large equipment or those requiring delivery may need a 24- to 48-hour notice for cancellation.
  • Do you offer insurance or damage protection?

    We offer optional damage waivers or protection plans to reduce your liability for accidental damage. Please note that these plans do not cover intentional misuse or negligence.
  • What if I return the equipment late?

    If you return the equipment late, you may incur additional charges. If you anticipate running late, call us, and we may be able to extend your rental.
  • Do you clean equipment before and after rental?

    Yes, we inspect and clean all equipment after each rental. However, excessive cleaning fees may apply if the equipment is returned extremely dirty.
  • Can I reserve equipment in advance?

    Yes! In fact, we recommend reservations to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept major credit/debit cards, business accounts, and cash (with a card on file). Commercial customers may apply for credit terms.
  • Do you rent to contractors and homeowners?
